With over 24 years of dedicated experience in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine, Dr. Varano has established himself as a trusted authority in liposuction body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and minimally invasive procedures. He has been serving the DC metro area practicing cosmetic and aesthetic medicine exclusively since 2003.

Her experience includes over 5,000 CoolSculpting treatments and expertise in aesthetic laser procedures for over 14 years. She also serves as the medical laser safety officer.

Ansley Evans, RN

Registered Nurse

With over 10 years of nursing experience, including trauma and burn ICU background, Ansley brings medical expertise and compassionate care. She holds an art history and psychology degree, combining aesthetic vision with clinical knowledge for personalized patient planning. She has been injecting fillers & neurotoxins for over 5 years, expert in laser technology and performs medical camouflage tattoo for 3D areola restoration among other medical tattoo services.

Medical Esthetician & Surgical Assistant

Certified medical esthetician and laser specialist since 2019, Adriana has expertise in IPL, Fraxel, and laser tattoo removal. As a surgical assistant to Dr. Varano, she contributes to optimal surgical outcomes and patient comfort. She performs post surgical lymphatic massage with and without ultrasound.
