Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Provide 24 hours notice for all cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a non-negotiable $50 fee.
For appointments 45 minutes or longer, 48 hours notice is required. No-show and cancellation violation fees range from $100–$300 for these appointments, including CoolSculpting, ThermiVa, Ultherapy, ThermiTight, and laser treatments.
Laser Liposuction and MiraDry require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
- LivingSocial/Groupon Clients: Provide 24 hours notice or the session will count as one treatment used, or a $50 fee will apply.
- Credit Card Hold: Credit card numbers are kept on file for all appointments. Cards are charged only if a policy violation occurs.
Late Arrivals
Arrive on time. Late arrival for LivingSocial/Groupon coupon appointments may result in forfeiture of the appointment. Prompt arrival is important and courteous to other patients.
Expired Coupon Policy
If you have purchased a series of 3 or 6 treatments, you have 12 months from the activation date (first treatment) to complete the series.
- Unused Coupons: If your coupon has expired and remains unused, apply the monetary value you paid as a deduction from the regular treatment cost for that service.
- Partially Used Coupons: If you have unused sessions remaining when your coupon expires, calculate the value of unused sessions and apply as a discount off the regular price. For example, if you purchased 3 sessions at $165 ($55 per session), and 2 sessions remain unused, apply $110 off the regular treatment price.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and financing options.
Deposits are required for some procedures to reserve your appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to your procedure cost or transferred to another date if cancellation is made with proper notice.
Most cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance. We offer self-pay and financing options through third-party lenders.
Pre-Treatment Instructions
You will have a consultation before any procedure to review your goals, medical history, and treatment plan.
You will receive detailed pre-treatment instructions based on your specific procedure. These must be followed for optimal results and safety.
Inform Dr. Varano of all medications you are taking. Some may need to be adjusted before treatment.
Post-Treatment Care
You will receive detailed post-treatment care instructions for your specific procedure.
Attend all scheduled follow-up visits to monitor your results and ensure proper healing.
Follow all activity restrictions provided by Dr. Varano to ensure optimal results.
If you experience any unusual symptoms or concerns after your procedure, contact us immediately.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Your medical information and treatment records are strictly confidential and protected under applicable privacy laws.
We may take before and after photos of your results. Your explicit consent is required before photos are used for any purpose, including marketing or educational materials.
We appreciate patient testimonials. Any testimonial use requires your written permission.
We comply with all HIPAA regulations regarding your protected health information.
Results Disclaimer
Results from cosmetic procedures vary by individual based on factors such as age, skin type, metabolism, and overall health. There are no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes.
By undergoing any procedure, you acknowledge that you understand the risks, benefits, and alternatives associated with that treatment.
Age Requirements
Most cosmetic procedures are limited to patients 18 years of age or older. Patients under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
Pregnancy & Nursing Policy
For the safety of you and your baby, most cosmetic procedures are not recommended during pregnancy. Inform us immediately if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or currently nursing.
Medical Records & Releases
You may request copies of your medical records at any time.
We will not release your information to third parties without your written authorization.
Medical records are retained according to applicable state and federal regulations.
