Managing Expectations
We want to keep your expectations modest and content on results. Some individuals may have expectations that are unrealistic or too excessive. We will clearly explain what can and cannot be achieved with various treatments.
No Sales Pressure
You will not meet any “Sales Staff” here. We are not here to sell you anything. We may make suggestions based on our professional opinion, but it is entirely your option whether to pursue any treatment regimen. Your decision is always respected.
Declining Inappropriate Treatment
When certain conditions cannot be effectively treated, we will tell you so. We frequently tell patients that there are three conditions we cannot reliably treat: dark circles under the eyes, stretch marks, and neck lines. No matter what they hear advertised elsewhere, there are no consistent and effective treatments for these specific conditions. We would rather decline treatment than have patients spend money on procedures that are minimally effective or ineffective.
Individual Assessment
The practice of medicine is not an exact science. Every individual is unique. A medication or procedure that works wonderfully for your family member or friend may have a different effect on you. We take this into account in our recommendations.

- Running On Time: We respect your schedule. You will not have to wait more than 15 minutes for your appointment. On rare occasions we may be behind, usually due to a previous patient requiring extra attention. We keep you informed if delays occur.
